About Taste of Atlanta "This event captures everything the locals love about Alpharetta's dining scene that is continually growing. Alpharetta offers incredible restaurants, warm hospitality, and talented chefs that our team is proud to highlight," says Dale DeSena, Founder of Taste of Atlanta. "Grand Tasting Alpharetta is about bringing people together through food and drinks while creating an unforgettable summer night at the most well-known spot in the community." Taste of Atlanta has operated since 2001, connecting food lovers with chefs and dining destinations across metro Atlanta. The organization will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2026 with three signature culinary experiences: Food That Rocks Sandy Springs, Grand Tasting Alpharetta, and Grand Tasting Midtown. Official charitable partners are Second Helpings Atlanta and North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC), both dedicated to addressing food insecurity in the region.

Why It Matters

For operators in the Alpharetta market, the event provides high-visibility exposure to a concentrated audience of affluent local diners. The emphasis on consumer voting for best taste, dessert, and beverage creates marketing content opportunities and captures competitor positioning data in real time.
