Expansion Continues in Las Vegas Casino Market Huey Magoo's has opened a new 807-square-foot restaurant inside the Quick Bites Food Hall at Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The opening marks the brand's 92nd location nationwide and its second in the Las Vegas market. The menu centers on hand-breaded and grilled chicken tenders made from the tenderloin—what the brand calls "the best 3 percent of the chicken." Every tender is 24-hour marinated and can be served plain, grilled, or tossed in one of 10 signature sauces and dips: Buffalo, Sweet Red Chili, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Honey Mustard, BBQ, Bleu Cheese, and house-made Magoo's, Spicy Magoo's, and Ranch. Beyond tenders, the Suncoast location offers fresh-made salads, sandwiches, and wraps. House-made sides include hand-spun chips, coleslaw, and banana pudding. The shared dining area seats more than 80 guests.
Location and Hours The restaurant is located at 9090 Alta Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89145.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. "This opening is another exciting milestone in Huey Magoo's continued national expansion," said Mike Sutter, chief operating officer of Huey Magoo's. "We're excited to celebrate the opening of our newest Huey Magoo's restaurant and continue introducing more guests to the quality, hospitality and exceptional guest experience that define our brand. We look forward to welcoming even more guests to experience The Filet Mignon of Chicken® in Las Vegas."
Why It Matters
For Las Vegas operators and hospitality players, Huey Magoo's expansion into casino food halls signals continued operator appetite for branded fast-casual concepts in non-traditional venue categories. The Suncoast deal diversifies the brand's revenue streams beyond standalone units and demonstrates that premium casual chicken concepts can thrive in high-traffic, mixed-use environments.
