The world's original holiday cocktail pop-up is back at scale. Miracle Cocktails Inc. will activate more than 150 licensed bar locations worldwide for its 12th consecutive season, opening its flagship New York City installation — Miracle on 9th Street at The Cabinet Mezcal Bar — on November 6, 2026, with partner locations rolling out throughout the month.
For bar operators, the Miracle license has become a proven seasonal revenue driver: partner venues transform their spaces with over-the-top holiday décor, an original cocktail menu, and collectible mugs and glassware that generate their own consumer demand. The concept, which Miracle Cocktails Inc. pioneered in 2014, has now been deployed across more than 300 bars globally since its founding.
New Menu, More Zero-Proof
Miracle Vice President Joann Spiegel leads cocktail development again this year, introducing new signatures including the Sugarplum Stampede, Sleigh-Saurus, and Merry Mouse-Tail alongside returning staples like the Christmapolitan and Snowball Old-Fashioned. A notable programmatic shift is the continued expansion of zero-proof options — building on the low- and no-ABV serves added last season — a direct response to growing operator and consumer demand for inclusive beverage programming across on-premise venues.
"Miracle has grown from a single pop-up into a global cocktail phenomenon over these past 12 years," said Greg Boehm, Founder of Miracle Cocktails Inc. "This year, we are excited to bring new holiday-inspired cocktails, including an expanded non-alcoholic selection, all served in the signature mugs Miracle is known for. For so many, Miracle is a tradition."
Collectible drinkware — produced by sister company Cocktail Kingdom, a barware manufacturer and distributor — remains one of the most anticipated elements of the activation and a meaningful retail-style revenue stream for participating venues.
A Growing Seasonal Portfolio
The 2026 season also marks significant milestones beyond the core Miracle concept. Beachbum Berry's Sippin' Santa, the tropical holiday pop-up produced in partnership with tiki pioneer Jeff "Beachbum" Berry, celebrates its 10th anniversary this November at cocktail bars across the globe. Separately, Miracle Cocktails Inc. will debut an entirely new concept — The Haunting, a Halloween-themed pop-up — at bars worldwide, signaling the company's push to extend its immersive, seasonally licensed model beyond the winter holidays.
For restaurant and bar operators evaluating seasonal programming, the Miracle model illustrates how a licensed concept with built-in brand recognition, a proprietary menu, and exclusive merchandise can generate both foot traffic and incremental per-cover revenue during a competitive holiday period. The expansion to 150-plus locations in 2026 suggests licensee demand remains strong heading into the season.
